EXPEDITIONS
In the last ten years, we have visited around 67 localities in Amazonia. Our sampling effort is concentrated in Oriental Amazonia, but it encompasses different land uses, as well conservation units. We sampled arboreal and ground-dwelling ant fauna with pitfalls in disturbed forested areas.
We sampled ground-dwelling and leaf-litter ants in primary areas of Central Amazonian forests, along the Carabinani River, margin Ocidental in the lower Rio Negro.
We sampled ground-dwelling and leaf-litter ants in primary areas of Central Amazonian forests, along the Jauaperi River, margin Oriental in the lower Rio Negro.
